How to order

Orders are placed by Instagram DM at @rasha.world.rs. Tell Sonia which notebook you'd like and your delivery address. She'll confirm availability and share payment details.

Where we ship

Rasha currently ships across India. International orders are reviewed case by case. DM us if you're outside India and we'll work out shipping.

Dispatch time

We pack each order with care. Orders are dispatched within 3 to 5 business days of receiving your payment.

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes:

Delivery times depend on courier service and your location. Remote pin codes may take longer.

Courier partners

We ship via Delhivery, Bluedart, India Post, or DTDC depending on your pin code. You will receive your tracking number on Instagram once your order ships.

Shipping charges

Free shipping on orders above ₹950 across India. For orders below ₹950, a flat delivery charge of ₹99 applies.

Payment

Cash on delivery is not available. Payment is made by UPI or bank transfer before dispatch. Sonia shares payment details in chat once your order is confirmed.

Order tracking

Once your order has shipped, we'll DM you the tracking number along with the courier partner. If your order hasn't moved in 4 days after dispatch, message us. We'll chase it up.
